Regional prawns in sustainable farming
On 7 October 2023, our customer HanseGarnelen from Glückstadt (Schleswig-Holstein) celebrated its opening.
He feeds his prawns with our Opti.4C feeding system, which is ideal for crustaceans in aquacultures.
They will set themselves apart from the conventional frozen mass-produced products from Asia and instead offer fresh, regional prawns without antibiotics and microplastics.
These prawns are farmed in closed aquaculture facilities with sustainable cycles, which is practically CO2-neutral. SAT.1regional.de published a video to go with it:
